Ginseng Chicken soup

Malay-Thai Dishes

Thai dish, "Ka-khun-ka-pit". Balacan fried rice with fried shrimp, onion, mango & chili cuttings etc. You will need to mix all those together and the taste is rather pleasant & nice.

Balacan & salted fish fried with Kailan vegetable.

"Pai-ka-phow". Typical Thai dish. Minced pork fried with the Thai spice.

One of me & Family favourite is the turmeric fried chicken (below). The perfect taste will be if its fried to its crispness.

Next is the Kailan fried with salted fish. The aroma of the salted fish with kailan, the Chinese vegetable is just the best combination for this dish.

some Malacca Food

Malacca is the historical state of Malaysia, rich with heritage buildings, ancient landmarks and colonial structures. It was here that colonial forces first made contact with Malaysia. It has a distinct food variety ranging from Peranakan to Malay-Portugese type.

Typical Malacca wanton with chili sauce. It is served either soup (right) or dry (kuan-lo). Can be found along Jalan Hang Jebat (morning) & Jalan Kebun Raya (Night) at Malacca town. The taste is different from the Klang Valley or Penang counterpart.
