HK Experience at Lin Heung restaurant (蓮香樓)

It will be an experience to venture into one of those typically "local Hong Kong" dim sum restaurant. One of those, Lin Heung restaurant (蓮香樓), it was opened for business during 1926.
An experience that one will never forget is that, all the tea serving waiters are dressed in white and pouring steaming hot water over the tea pot(s) in stun-dull-impressionless face.
One party might need to share (any) table of any size. Example, a 4 pax table might sit 8 or 9 pax !! But the experience it impeccable that one can cherish on.
Enjoy the Dim Sum !!

Before you leave, don;t forget to order a pack of Po Er (蒲耳茶) tea that are wrapped in traditional paper bag (below).

Home Baked Chicken Pie

Nothing beats home baked chicken pie.
Baked to perfection !!
Enough gravy for a few dip with buttered whole wheat toast

Am sure its a great dinner for Sundays
